Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and original packaging attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
- Bottoms (unless defective)
- Feather Dresses (due to delicate materials)
- Sequin Dresses (unless manufacturing defect is present)
- Rhinestone Dresses (unless manufacturing defect is present)
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Damaged or Defective Items
