Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and original packaging attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items from our collection:
  • Bottoms (unless defective)
  • Feather Dresses (due to delicate materials)
  • Sequin Dresses (unless manufacturing defect is present)
  • Rhinestone Dresses (unless manufacturing defect is present)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our design studio at:

  5. Track Your Return: Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items
