Shipping Information
We ship our statement-making pieces worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping on orders over $50 – via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Our Glamorous Return Policy
We want you to absolutely shine in every Prettytina piece. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our hassle-free returns policy ensures you can exchange it for something more dazzling or receive a refund.
Return & Exchange Window:
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be attached
- Original receipt or order confirmation must accompany the return
Important Hygiene Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bottoms (unless defective)
- Feather Dresses (due to delicate materials)
- Sequin Dresses (unless manufacturing defect is present)
- Rhinestone Dresses (unless manufacturing defect is present)
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Damaged or Defective Items
